From vineyards located in Valdizarbe and Cizur. The grapes are selected and harvested by hand in boxes. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature where it rests with its lees. The wine is oak aged for 12 months in 500-litre oak barrels. Natural wine without filtering or clarifying with the minimum intervention.
Colour: Cherry red with blue reflections of medium intensity.
Aroma: Black fruits, pepper and pickles with hints of scrubland herbs.
Taste: Red and black fruits, sweet and persistent with the presence of violets.
