From a vineyard located in Cizur. The grapes are selected and harvested by hand in boxes. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature where it rests with its lees. Natural wine without filtering or clarifying with the minimum intervention.
Colour: Very pale pink, almost salmon.
Aroma: Red fruits, orange and lime peel.
Taste: Fruity and refreshing with well balanced acidity.
