Pairing: Aperitifs, with any type of fish, seafood, pasta, pizzas, rice dishes and meat. Perfect to drink in the early evening.

From vineyards over 50 years old located in San Martín de Unx. The grapes are selected and harvested by hand in boxes. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. Maceration for 15 days with 2 daily pump-overs. Malolactic fermentation in clay jars. The wine is oak aged for 10 months on its lees in the same clay jars.
Colour: Garnet red with blue reflections of medium intensity.
Aroma: Red fruits like cherry and raspberry, violets and memories of scrubland.
Taste: Pleasant with hints of cherry, raspberry, mountain herbs, rosemary and thyme.
