From vineyards over 50 years old located in San Martín de Unx. The grapes are selected and harvested by hand in boxes. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. Bottled before finishing the fermentation that continues inside the bottle, by the ancestral production method. Cut throat and stuffed with the same wine. The wine is aged in the bottle with its lees for 11 months.
Colour: Pink with salmon rim.
Aroma: High intensity strawberry, raspberry and herbs.
Taste: Refreshing and fruity with well integrated bubbles.
