From a vineyard located in Cáseda. The grapes are selected and harvested by hand in boxes. Fermentation of the grapes with their skins and subsequent maceration for 6 months. The wine is oak aged for 12 months in 500-litre oak barrels. Natural wine without filtering or clarifying with the minimum intervention.
Colour: Low intensity golden yellow.
Aroma: Ripe white fruits, dried apricots and apple pie.
Taste: Fruity and sweet with a great balance typical of ripe fruits.
